Mr. Husband is a Professional Geologist with over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and project evaluation. He is a founder of Cipher Research, providing independent geological and management consulting to mining companies and investors. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Director
Ms. Genik is the principal of BRIDGE© and during the course of her career has spent over 25 years working on major capital projects, from the Americas to the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Eurasia. Her experience lies primarily in Non-technical Risk Assessments and Strategic Planning, ESG and Sustainability, Stakeholder Relations and External Affairs. Siri also has extensive experience in negotiating agreements and mediation. Her focus has been developing strategies that bring together the business solution with the governmental policies, socioeconomic concerns and community priorities. Siri builds bridges between the boardroom, the project world and the teams on the ground, focusing on providing long-term value and achieving cost-driven results.
Ms. Genik presently serves as a Director of the Board for the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC); Co-Chair of the Sustainability and Lands & Regulations Committees (PDAC); Director, Imperial Mining Group & Chair of the Audit Committee and Governance Committee. She is a CIM Distinguished Lecturer – CSR (2018-2019); Director of the Canada-Mongolia Chamber of Commerce and previously served as Vice President, Women-in-Mining-Canada (2015- 2021).
Ms. Genik holds a Mediation certification (Canada), is a member of the Bar of the Province of Québec; holds her LL.L from the Université de Montréal plus holds both a Business Administration Certificate and B.A., Political Science and Economics from McGill University. Chair & Director
Mr. Cater, P. Geo FGC, ICD.D, is a professional geologist with more than 40 years of industry experience in exploration and mining precious metals including project management of exploration programs and mining projects.
From January 2016 to January 2019, Mr. Cater served as Vice President Exploration (Canada) for Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd., a large public Canadian gold mining company with operating mines and exploration projects located in Northeastern Ontario and Australia.
In this role, he provided geological due diligence on the acquisition of Newmarket Gold, which owned the Fosterville Mine. He is a graduate of the ICD- Rotman Directors Education Program.
Director
Mr. Bédard is a Québec-based mining engineer with more than 30 years of underground and open-pit experience spanning operations, projects, and senior leadership roles across the Americas.
Most recently, he served as Mine General Manager at First Majestic Silver Corp. Previously, he was Underground Mines Director at Calibre Mining and General Manager at Lundin Gold Inc.’s Fruta del Norte mine in Ecuador, following a period as Principal of GB Consulting. Mr. Bédard brings deep expertise in technical execution, HSE stewardship, and team leadership, with particular strength in Québec and Latin America.
Mr. Bédard holds a B.Eng. (Mining) from Université Laval and has completed senior leadership studies at the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto).

Mr. Short was born and raised in Carbonear, Newfoundland. He is a CPA, CGA, a CFP, a CIM and Portfolio Manager with ShortFinancial , Industrial Alliance, a full service wealth management practice with registered offices in St. John’s and Toronto serving clients across Canada, the US and the Caribbean.
Larry has published two books, numerous articles and has been featured on CBC, BBC, Business News Network, Macleans and other national media outlets. Larry has received several awards over the years and has just been named one of 12 finalists for Advisor of the Year 2020 by Wealth Professional Canada. In his 32 year career he has been employed as a Vice President at RBC Dominion Securities and TD Waterhouse. In 2008 he moved his team to HollisWealth.
